Is it really helpful to achieve work life balance nowadays? Or it
is just a myth?
I decided to write my article on this particular topic as I have seen how people use to work 12 hour days. I had a conversion with one of my relative on this topic, and he said, yes but what can we do? So I thought why not to find out a proper way out, his reply hi me up and I started thinking about it.
For busy professionals work life balance is important for happiness, success, and productivity at work. Maintaining a right balance between career and lifestyle will not only help in better accomplishment of work , but do help in our personal lives as well.

"Work life balance in something how to maintain a balance between your personal & professional life"
I
will explain you all more clearly by an example i.e. In today's world women are
working for full time in office and when they return back there are
responsibilities of home on their head. I did one survey at recent and I found
that majority of women are working 40-45 hours per week and 53% of them
responded they are struggling to achieve work
life balance.
Women's said that their lives were
effected and it includes multiple responsibilities at work , having meetings ,
business trips, and at top is managing responsibilities at home and work, so
they replied that successfully achieving work life balance will ultimately
create a workforce that overcome our both personal & professional lives.
Now
I would like to share one story which I listened from one of my respondents
during my survey session -
Her name was Ms. Reeta Singh , she was
from Jalandhar ,Punjab, had an family of four also a very demanding job
and she struggled a lot for maintaining a balance between all she was
losing her professional life because of more attached to personal life,
she talked about it as she was more keen in personal life her office work was
pending and somewhere she was lagging behind and then she said when she started
focusing on her work her family, children felt Un-noticed and which created an
overall mess for her, but she did not lose hope and at last which helped her in
finding out an alternative which was she used to plan her schedule at
night before, she used to break tasks into hours as giving herself
deadlines motivates her to finish work faster, she had also maintained free
evenings for her household
work , also by waking up at time and going early to bed and her this decision
helped her a lot and now she is easily able to maintain a balance between
work& life.
So my recommendations to you all is its no one else but we
ourselves who have to manage our both professional & personal life in
order to be successful and earn name & fame in society.
